Add-ons are priced in the app: credit top-ups, Cortex Connect (pay-as-you-go cloud usage), your own provider key (you pay the provider; Swfte adds nothing) and private models hosted by Swfte, billed by the hour. Pro and Team are charged when you subscribe, with a full refund if you cancel within 14 days.
How to read this pricing reference
These plans reproduce the current published rate card. Annual figures are its displayed monthly equivalents — 20% off the monthly price, rounded down to the whole dollar — and the exact invoice total is confirmed at checkout, so no savings percentage is quoted here. Connect platform fees are additional to model usage. Enterprise entitlements depend on the agreed scope. Nexus agent tooling does not inherit the legacy monitoring price sheet.
